Bowls and More

A mesquite lidded bowl with a turquoise cabachon accent.  The bowl is now being used to store loose tea.  The wood came from Glendale, AZ.

This is the first mortar and pestle I have finished.  Both the mortar and pestle are made of mesquite and are finished with food safe mineral oil.

The pestle in this set is made from mesquite sap wood.

The wood for this salt box came from a local olive tree that was damaged in a storm.  This piece now lives in a gourmet kitchen in Phoenix.  Enjoy it, "P".

This oak bowl is made from very old wood salvaged from a ranch in Ojai, California.  It now back on the ranch.
